Our goal was to establish Pavan as a strong personal brand that mirrored the vision and innovation behind naturethings, the company he co-founded. As the COO of a tech-enabled Nature-as-a-Service platform, Pavan wanted to build credibility as a founder, increase visibility for their AI-driven green space solutions, and position himself as a voice for sustainable innovation, ultimately attracting clients, partners, and talent aligned with the mission.

Industry

naturethings operates at the intersection of sustainability, AI, and workplace well-being. It offers a unique Nature-as-a-Service solution for corporate environments, using technology to integrate greenery into workspaces, boosting productivity, air quality, and mental health. Pavan, with a background in construction project management and certifications in PMP and Data Science, brings a data-first, execution-focused mindset to operations, innovation, and scale.

Our Results

Revived a dormant LinkedIn profile with just ~100 followers into a powerful founder persona that’s clear, credible, and consistent.

Achieved a 1,698% increase in impressions and a 7,121% surge in engagement within just 90 days, driving consistent visibility and conversation in the green-tech space.

Grew his follower base by 40.2%, with high-quality, relevant connections including investors, workplace experience leaders, and sustainability advocates.

Developed a strong brand narrative around his personal story, from managing construction projects at Al Tayer Stocks to building a tech-led green revolution. This helped build trust and relatability, especially among B2B decision-makers.

Facilitated organic inbound interest from companies and professionals wanting to know more about naturethings, proving the strength of a well-built founder profile.

What We Did?

Recently at the Coldplay concert while the music was incredible, what stood out to me was their unfiltered commitment to sustainability.


Before the show began, It was heartening to see the measures they implemented to reduce their carbon footprint.


Throughout the event, kids and adults actively pedalled on power bikes and danced on kinetic floors, generating energy……
