Shipping and Exchange

1. Digital Deliverables
All content is delivered digitally via email, cloud links, or preferred platforms. Delivery timelines are outlined in the service agreement.

2. Revisions Policy
We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for standard projects. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

3. Format and Storage
Content is delivered in agreed-upon formats (e.g., MP4, PNG, PDF). Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up files after delivery.

4. Exchange or Redo Policy
If a project does not meet agreed specifications, we will work to rectify the content within reasonable limits.
